Virginia Olivas believes that one of the keys to success, both for herself and her clients, is a continually updated education.  She takes many classes and seminars to increase her effectiveness and has earned two important professional designations: Certified Preferred Properties Agent and Certified Relocation Specialist.  As a Certified Preferred Properties Agent, Virginia Olivas is accredited and trained in luxury home sales and marketing.  As a Certified Relocation Specialist, Virginia is accredited and trained to service relocating clients.  These designations, as well as Virginia's exceptional experience are her assurance to you that she provides quality service.

Personal Information

Born and raised in Santa Fe Springs, California, Virginia has had the opportunity to get to know her area's very well.  She has family and friends throughout the surrounding counties.  Her husband Philip of twenty two years works for Los Angeles County Fire Dept., her son Matthew attends Cal-Poly Pomona and her daughter Brittney is attend Esperanza High School.  She has lived in Yorba Linda since 1996 and attends Yorba Linda Friends Church.  She attends weekly bible studies, does some administrative work for YLFC and is on the Yorba Canyon Tennis Team.  

Professional Philosophy

Throughout her career, Virginia has always placed customer service first.  She deals with each transaction as if it were her own and her greatest rewards comes from knowing that through her knowledge, expertise and hard work, her clients are able to make the right decision.  Scriptures that she believe in for her clients is Philip 4:4-7  Rejoice in the Lord always, Again I will say, rejoice!  Let your gentleness be known to all men.  The Lord is at hand.  Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your request be make know to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
